- OFOscar Fischer3 days ago5.0I had a bad experience with the staff last the manager Ricardo kept me all day for a tire change and alignment so that after a month I found out that they did not give me my keys completely to be able to change the tire, I had a flat tire and I could not fix anything, I ran into the new personal manager Daniel and he took care of me wonderfully, they returned my keys, very good service, I am very happy with Mavis White Plains and her new staff

I was greeted and helped by the assistant manager named Anthony who advised me it was time to change my 2 front tires and then an alignment to fix my issue but offered me a deal on 4 tires and the alignment which benefited me better while saving a ton of money! I was in and out of here super fast thanks to Anthony & his team. I’ll definitely be back soon for servicing my vehicle.

Took it back a few days later and was told to just keep driving and it’ll go away on its own. Weeks later It did not in fact get any better so I returned for them to take another look. Thankfully Daniel was the one assisting me because he instantly knew what to do and did it so efficiently I didn’t even realize he had enough time to look at the car, let alone fix the issue. Clearly Daniel has the right experience and customer service needed here- grateful for his assistance.
