- OPOlvita Pierrette1 day ago5.0I’d like to give 20 Stars to two of your workers. Chris and Patrick. They have been very helpful to my Son in regards to helping him rent out a vehicle. We have had multiple questions which were answered perfectly. Smooth process with the renting even when we had issues with money. Their patience is amazing even when they are in a high volume customer scenario. 20/10 once again thank you.
- LPLowell Pierrette1 day ago5.0Man oh man where do I start. I have been renting a car out for the past 8 weeks. And every time I came in. I either had assistance from Chris and Patrick. These two fellas need a pay raise, and 2 months of paid vacation. They have helped make the renting process very easy and smooth. They answered all questions that I had to a TEA and I had ZERO issues. Please keep them in this establishment and treat them well. I will be coming back here for them if I need any other rental.

- DBDillon BurkeMar 12, 20265.0I walked in on a busy Monday morning without a reservation, having just dropped my car off around the corner for a repair. They were absolutely slammed; six deep in line and all of their employees running around at full speed. I was expecting to wait, and i did, but these guys working kept it light. Checking in with guests every few minutes, making sure people knew where they were in the queue and generally moving as fast as their systems would allow. It was like watching a few highly skilled bartenders work a saturday night. They were very apologetic when their lot didn’t have a car for me, but they told me to hang tight and one was on the way. And it arrived a few minutes later. Overall, it was a great experience. Their hospitality outpaced the “charm” of their location by a long shot. Hopefully i don’t need a rental anytime soon, but if i do, they’ll be where i go.
