I rented a car from Enterprise at Westchester County Airport in November 2025. I returned it the very next day to a different city location - and somehow ended up being charged for 3 days. Since then, I have tried reaching out through several numbers, countless times, and have never once been able to get a representative on the phone. I have raised multiple tickets and received not a single response. I am a student, so this overcharge is not something I can simply overlook. What makes it even more frustrating is that I have dealt with a similar billing issue at a different Enterprise location before - and that location stepped up, reached out, and resolved it. This location has done nothing. I have used Enterprise many times and genuinely trusted and recommended this company. I can no longer do that. I just want a refund for the days I was incorrectly charged. This has been a very disappointing experience...
