As I was walking into the service center, Thomas noticed me and asked if everything was okay. I explained that my car needed a jump about a 10-minute walk away, and without hesitation, he walked over with me carrying a portable power bank and helped start my car. Afterward, he guided me back to the service center, where they completed a quick battery replacement. Thomas was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. From realizing I needed a jumpstart to driving away with a brand-new battery—on a very busy Sunday afternoon—took under an hour. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Thomas and his team and will absolutely be returning here for future car maintenance.
