Vincent was like a breath of fresh air! Positive, energetic and has such a great personality. The entire team inside the garage was funny and even the car next to me was laughing and having a great time. I wanted to share because it was the best experience I’ve had while getting an oil change. Not only was Vincent funny and a pleasure to be around, he informed me of some needed services on my car (other than the oil change I was in for) and explained in a way that wasn’t pushy and that I could understand. I appreciated it very much because as a woman, I often feel intimidated by car stuff but I didn’t have the feeling of being pushed to do something unnecessary. I got one of the additional services done and felt good about it. Thank you to Vincent, Mery A and Brayan for taking care of my car.
