When we discussed the the items that needed to be done with the car, they listened attentively and repeated exactly what I requested…that may seem simple and expected but I must say they are on another level then any retail establishment that I have been too. When my car was ready Ricardo went over everything upon check-out. I have given referrals to all my family members and will provide this feedback to anyone requesting car repair/tire services. They should all be commended. They represent the establishment exceptionally well.

Back in June, I bought a set of Continental DWS06 Plus tires here — it was an insanely great deal to begin with, and the tires themselves are excellent quality. But what really puts this place over the top is the customer service. I just brought my car back in for the free rotation, and the team at Mavis White Plains went above and beyond by including a rebalancing at no extra charge. Shout out to Sebastian, Harry, and Manager Ricardo, who somehow make going to an auto repair shop a joy. Their world-class customer service is the reason I keep coming back — and why you should, too.

This visit would mark my 5th time at different Mavis locations in the span of 4 months regarding issues with new breaks and rotors I purchased through Mavis and on my final Mavis visit, I stopped at this specific location by chance. Ricardo, the manager here really knows how to run a shop. Super friendly, professional and doesn’t try to bullshit you he gets you in & out efficiently and feeling good about the work done when you drive out. My car is a 2024 - I'm the first owner. I could have gone to my dealer for these things but I purposely choose Mavis for time efficiency. No one has time these days for far out weekday appointments or time to kill a whole day at the dealer and if you do, good for you! This location is a breath of fresh air compared to the others I went to for this problem. After my experience with Alberto and the mechanics I’ll confidently come back to this location for future in & out service.

I didn’t have the money to get it removed but I kept getting tickets for not having an inspection sticker. When I came and explained my situation they were so unbelievably helpful. They offered to do an inspection and have me fail it so that I can get a 10 day extension on my inspection. When I asked how much it would cost they said the entire service was free. If you’re ever looking for a place that’s going to be honest with you and not rip you off when it comes to your car, this is the best place to go
- DZdouglas zamoraOct 30, 20253.0Found a nail in my tire, showed up (no appointment) to the shop at about 10:30-10:45am. All I needed was a plug (30 minutes maximum). I was told it would be upwards of a 1.5-2 hour wait. I then waited 3 hours and my car never moved an inch. I understand people with appointments take priority, but for a simple patch job, a 3 hour wait is insane. I asked for my keys and left, nobody tried to convince me to stay, just went back to scrolling on their phone. This isn’t an issue so much with this specific Mavis, it seems every Mavis I’ve ever been to absolutely sucks. I can’t speak to their quality of work, considering they did no work to my vehicle in the 3 hours I stayed there watching car after car of customers that showed up after I had (more than likely appointments). EDIT: Store Manager Ricardo went above & beyond to reach out to me and apologize for my experience. I ended up going to a completely different Mavis & he personally called the next location to ensure I didn’t have a repeat experience. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation.
