  I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain what was going on with my tire, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines skill with such a friendly and helpful attitude. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m truly grateful for his professionalism and positivity. Highly recommend - five stars all the way! Thank you so much to Sebastian and the team at Mavis!

  The staff members at Mavis in White Plains were incredibly professional and helpful. There was a slight confusion at the beginning of my visit, but the team handled it quickly and professionally, resolving the issue without any problems. I have nothing but kind words to share about this establishment. A special thank you to Ricardo and Quanesha — they kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. Their transparency and professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and would definitely return in the future.

  I want to shout out Q and Sebastian for how amazing they were today. They handled every customer with so much respect, patience, and a smile, even when things got busy. Yes, it took a little longer than expected, but what really mattered is that they kept me in the loop the entire time, explained what was going on, and made sure I never felt ignored or forgotten. That level of communication and professionalism makes a huge difference. Took care of me and got me back to Brooklyn in no time!!! And before the storm!!! I truly appreciate the whole squad. All of the managers here are great — you have a great team here. Keep up the great work! 👏🔥

  I walk in just to get a tire on my rim due to a flat on the high way and my emergency was flat so I was stuck in the highway, I nice lady in the front desk name Quanesha try very hard to help me in the middle of been busy , she was professional and call other services to see if I can get service right away , but no luck so she asked one of the staff working named Resto I think and he told me to go somewhere else in a nasty way and very unprofessional , that he couldn’t help me but I just saw him standing and sitting around about 30 minutes not doing nothing . He kept looking at me with a mad face like he wanted me to leave so I felt unwelcome there and never even said a word to him .. I don’t recommend this place with workers like this , but Quanesha thank you for trying your best .

  After having blow out and having car towed to mavis( note im from Long Island )the last thing I thought was i’ll be treated as if I was going to a fly-by-night corner tire store. I called at 8 AM as well as went on Mavis website immediately and booked a earliest appointment at 11 AM.. the representative Ricardo took my information reassured me. The car would be brought in and they would contact me with the results of the inspection of the tire.. at approximately 12 o’clock after being put on hold and disconnected, I spoke to a young lady who told me that the tire I ordered was in route and repair would be done shortly, I stated I never spoke to anyone about a repair and don’t know anything about any tire, she then put me on hold for six minutes when Sebastian picked up the phone and educated me on how BMW suggest that this be the tire, that they don’t have any other one flat options, and that they took the liberty to order the tire and repair my vehicle with it. That happens to be the most expensive tire they carry. I expressed that I did not like having a manager who clearly dropped the ball or is this your daily practice, I said is there any type of discounts or coupons you could offer me for me to go ahead and accept the purchase of the most expensive tire and he stated to me that according to our price of a website he’s giving it to me for $410 compared to the suggested $412. I’m a customer that feels vulnerable because I’m coming in from out of town that was taken advantage of in order to get his vehicle in a timely fashion and that timely fashion would be 2:00 PM after dropping the vehicle off in the middle of the night and already having an a 11 appointment. Thank you Sebastian for the two dollar discount for all my inconvenience and I’m glad Mavis was able to find the only run flat even though it happened to be the most expensive.
