After that was sorted, they gave me a Toyota RAV4 that was filthy inside and out. Since that seemed to be superficial, I took the car anyway. Later I found out (1) The brakes squealed, which means the pads need to be replaced, and the car took too long to brake. (2) The tires had inadequate tread, within a 1/16" of bald. (3) The rear license plate wasn't screwed down, so it rattled during the entire trip. A call to Enterprise trying to get a replacement went nowhere. I had a much better experience with the Enterprise office at BWI airport, but this one in Tarrytown is a disaster. To follow up with the owner: You know my contact information already, and I have filled out an online questionnaire that gives you the same information. If you really care about speaking to me, you have everything you need. Do not ask me to go online and waste my time filling out another questionnaire that will be ignored just as the first one was ignored.
