As soon as I told the rep onsite he immediately apologized for the inconvenience. Rep, quickly responded by giving me a partial refund. I didn’t get his name but I was very impressed on how he handled the issue. AND because of that I will be back to rent a car here! Thank you!

If orders can’t be modified, that option shouldn’t be offered in the first place. If you can find some where else to rent at go there instead !
