  I used this location after having 2 accidents in a very short time span. (I feel like I need to say no fault of my own 😠) I felt the staff were kind and helpful. I dropped my car at an auto shop and they promptly picked me up and brought me to their facility. The first time the insurance covered everything, the second time the insurance company didn’t inform me I’d have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I thought that was bad business on the part of the insurance company to leave it to the gentleman at the rental car place to have to give a customer that bad news. Anytime I had a concern or question I was able to call and speak to a human being and issues were taken care of efficiently and quickly (key fob battery, return time question).

  Gave me an old car with disgusting smoking stench. Attempts to replace my car were made byt no customer service was provided.

  I reserved a mid-SUV. When I got there, they didn't have any. They were counting on a car coming back in. Be sure to call before you go to pick up a car that may not be there. With the technology we have, it's troubling that a big car rental company can't manage inventory more effectively.

  I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this before, but my experience at the Enterprise location on Westchester Ave in White Plains was truly unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward rental turned into a two-day ordeal filled with frustration, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. Despite having everything arranged through our insurance and even having our insurance representative speak directly with them over the phone, the staff—particularly manager named Edward (Eddie)—handled the entire situation poorly. Instead of helping or communicating clearly, Eddie was combative, raised his voice multiple times, and even spoke rudely to our insurance representative. After calmly asking that they lower their tone and handle the matter respectfully, we were told to leave the office. This was after we had already waited for hours—with our children, including an infant—in the car, trying to get a simple resolution. Two full days later, they still could not figure anything out, forcing us to take our business elsewhere. Our insurance agent ultimately transferred our reservation to another Enterprise location—and we walked out of that office with a car in less than 10 minutes. That alone speaks volumes about where the real issue was. The unprofessional and dismissive behavior at this White Plains branch was beyond disappointing and does not reflect the level of service one would expect from a company like Enterprise. I hope upper management reviews this location’s practices and staff conduct closely because no customer should ever be treated this way. Do not bring your business to this location.
