Car was OK, rather have had a VW, but they 'upgraded' to a Ford escape, which for size and gas was an upgrade but not as nice in braking and steering. They let me drop off early with no penalties and no hassle.

My flight was scheduled to get in at 11pm, in Florida my flight was delayed and wasn't going to get into Westchester till 20 minutes after midnight. I called Enterprise because I knew their hours were til 12:00a the customer service representative assured me that they had my flight number which I asked her to confirm and that it was their policy to stay 2 hours after close if there were flights delayed. Our flight landed on the tarmac minutes before midnight, however we had to wait for an open gate. Got to the car rental desk before 12:15 and there was no enterprise employee. There was an Avis employee who only had vehicles left for the people who had reservations with them or Budget on my flight. I called customer service again and this customer service rep had no answers for me, he could only log a complaint and the employees would see when we picked up the vehicle the next day. Our Uber to the hotel was $107. Taking an Uber back to pick up the car the next day would be another $100. The representative had no answer besides putting that in the complaint on how we would be reimbursed for that. The rental car we reserved was for only $198. Highly Unsatisfied, Highly Untrustworthy employees.
