The technicians and staff are professional, friendly and polite. I had windshields replaced twice in about ten years on two different vehicles at this same location. Both times it was quicker than expected and done correctly with no issues. The most recent glass replacement also required recalibration for vehicle safety systems and that was done correctly and quickly. With regard to pricing, I cannot comment as I used my insurance which includes full glass coverage so although I saw the apparent retail and insurance costs I do not know what the consumer cost would have been (i.e., if there are any discounts/markups). The waiting area is large but there are not too many seats, however it appears most customers tend to drop off their vehicles rather than wait. I would recommend this Safelite AutoGlass location and would go there again if I (hopefully not) needed to.

Had made an appointment one week prior. Was told it would be fixed and when I went there they said they would have the windshield ready fixed. Took a day off from work and dropped the car off at 9;30 am just to be told 3 hours later they don’t have the windshield. Waited there just to be told they don’t actually have the windshield and wasted my time. Then said come back on Tuesday, but, I said no thanks and took my business elsewhere.

My experience with Safelite was disappointing at every stage.
On March 3rd, I scheduled a mobile appointment for March 10th. I waited the entire service window and no technician arrived. When I checked the appointment online, I discovered Safelite had unilaterally changed the appointment to March 13th and converted it to an in-shop visit, without any notice.
When I contacted customer support to ask why my appointment had been changed to a time I could not attend, I was told: “The shop tried to call you but you didn’t answer.” That statement was inaccurate. I received no calls or voicemails, and I still had confirmation texts and emails for the March 10th appointment until the day before. The representative attempted to reach the shop and her manager but could not contact either. I was told her customer support manager would call me back. No call was ever received.
I ultimately had to reschedule the appointment myself to March 14th.
I dropped off my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300 for the windshield replacement. When I picked up the vehicle around 4:30 PM, it was immediately apparent that the wiper arms had been reinstalled incorrectly, causing the wipers to travel past their normal stopping point on the windshield. More concerning, the shop manager had already left for the day before closing, leaving customers to deal solely with the shop crew and without any managerial oversight when a problem arose.
I raised the issue with the staff. After roughly 25 minutes and multiple explanations, they claimed the problem was fixed. It was not. I also observed fresh scuff marks on the wiper arm screws, suggesting they had been adjusting parts unnecessarily rather than simply repositioning the wiper arms correctly.
When I raised the issue again, the interaction deteriorated. One employee said, “Have you ever worked on cars?” followed by “I have a lot of experience.” I responded that if that were the case, the installation should have been done correctly the first time. The response was, “You have to take it to Mercedes.” My position was straightforward: your shop removed and reinstalled the components, so your shop is responsible for correcting the issue.
At that point the employee became hostile, used profanity, and said: “Just get this guy out of here. I have to go home.”
Rather than escalate the situation further, I left with the vehicle.
Between the unilateral appointment changes, lack of follow-up from the corporate manager, a shop manager who leaves before the shop closes, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, this experience demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. For a company that markets itself as a national leader in auto glass repair, the standards here were far below acceptable.
I will not be returning.
