After all that, I still didn’t leave with my final inspection sticker because their machine wasn’t working. This is completely unacceptable. How can a place charge that much money, push unnecessary services, and then fail to provide the basic result you came in for? The level of service was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and frustrating. I do not recommend this place at all. Be very careful before coming here. April 02, 2026 Hello, Thank you for your response. However, I want to make it clear that I did try to resolve this issue directly by calling the number you provided. I was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up with me. In addition, I need to stress that I was pressured into purchasing new tires for over $420, and despite that, I never received my inspection sticker. Your team was fully aware that the inspection machine was not working, yet you still accepted my vehicle and proceeded with selling me tires without being able to complete the service I originally came in for. The manager was also rude during the process, and at no point was I informed that your inspection machine was out of service. Instead, I was repeatedly told to “wait” and that you had until March 31st to provide the inspection sticker, which never happened. As a direct result of your negligence, I received a ticket from the police on April 1st for an expired inspection. When I returned to your location to address this, I was simply told to go somewhere else to complete the inspection. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on how I was treated and misled, I cannot recommend your business to anyone. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
