    3 of the chargers are perpetually broken, and 2 of the “non broken” ones have issues with starting a charge. This is a really bad time for them to do a charge credit promotion

    Very bad experience. There are 3 chargers and originally up to 6 cars were able to charge at the same time. Now they disabled the chargers and only 3 cars can charge at the same time. The wait changed from 30min-1hour to 3+hours. We received $1500 credit from Cadillac that we can no longer use this a complete scam. Someone needs to take EVgo to court. There are 10-15 cars waiting to charge.
