Fixed the problem and took it back for reinspection 3 days after. Before heading here I did all the visual inspection (I should have taken a photo as a proof). During the reinspection, I'm not quite sure why the mechanic had to open the hood. Everything should be visible outside, popped one wheel for brakes inspection and through the OBD II. And somehow The side marker is inop. I understand the business sell some service and make money (I used to be a auto tech). Avoid if you can for inspections. I know it's hard to find a trusted auto mechanic nowadays. Best of luck to everyone else!
