- OVOscar V4 days ago1.0Don’t come here. My windshield started leaking and the guy said I needed the managers approval to get the work started for warranty. I called corporate and they stated that needing the managers approval is completely false. The guy at the front desk Paris was dismissive and told multiple customers the managers approval was needed for stuff. Apparently 02/26 the manager had an emergency and needed to leave. Do not come to this location they are liars and will improperly install your windshield. Paris also kept switching up dates and back tracking. He’s very dismissive and rude and smelled like marijuana which is extremely unprofessional l. If you value your car and time don’t go to Safelite.
