They have a scam going on with a 3rd party toll company called eract toll company. My credit card that was only given to Enterprise was charged over $100 in tolls, but I never left Long Island with my vehicle. Enterprise admitted that it was the people before me using the vehicle, but would not correct the charges, they gave me the number to the toll company, which gave me the runaround for three days and refused to reimburse me. enterprise says dispute with then they say dispute with enterprise. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Please be careful when using this location. they were not professional at all.

- TGTina GOct 15, 20251.0Insurance coverage gives me $50 a day. Matt picked me up from Collison shop. Tried to upsell me into an SUV with out of pocket of 20 something extra a day. I tell him I do not want to pay out of pocket. Tells me he has a mid size $9 a day. Again, do not want to pay out of pocket. That is why I have insurance. I ask about another location. Was told "it has nothing to do with location, its about the rate between the ins co and Enterprise" I go outside to call insurance company. She says that is not true. They should put you into a car for under 50. Had to have my husband come pick me up. I called the Hicksville location and she was so very helpful and have a vehicle all ready for me for under $50 a day. Shame on YOU, Matt for trying to take advantage. When you said you don't control the rates, you lied. Hicksville lowered the rate of their car to make it come out to $49 a day. You figured I didnt know better and I was stuck there. Stay away from this location.
