The person, David C, who helped me was absolutely amazing. He was super accommodating when I was not happy with the car assigned to me. He went above and beyond to help me with other things during my rental. I often never bother with these surveys but he deserves me taking out some time to praise a job well done. Giving 4 because they did not have the car I reserved when I got there and had to be downgraded to a lesser car. Not sure why that happens when you reserve the car online. What’s the point of it then

Had to rent a car due to an accident, was provided Enterprise from the other driver's insurance (State Farm).
I was given a sedan and was very upset because it was after the major snow storm. I myself own a SUV for such weather and to be provided a sedan by State Farm was devastating. State Farm refused to upgrade me to a SUV (even though THEIR client was 10000% at fault for the accident).
THANKFULLY Matt from Enterprise called State Farm and fought to get me a SUV. It was truly spectacular customer service because he went out of his way to help me.

Been helping my dad to try to get a refund for a charge we received that we NEVER agree to for about a month now and even spoke with the branch manager who did the invoice for us. We have called every week so far and sometimes more than once a week because they told us to wait and wait. Every time we call or visit, we get told:
1) a claim was put in to get the refund
2) only the branch management can do the refund
3) a manager will give us a call
4) we escalated it and the area manager will give us a call
5) we escalated it again and someone even higher up will give us a call
BUT NO ONE EVER GIVES US A CALL OR THE REFUND. THE STORE MANAGER SAYS HE NEVER GOT AN EMAIL ABOUT ANY OF THE ESCALATIONS. A REP AT THE BRANCH SAYS THEY WILL NOTIFY THE MANAGER TO GIVE US A CALL AND LOOK INTO IT, but guess what, NO CALL!! THE REP AT CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN ONLY ESCALATE AND I CANT BE REDIRECTED TO THE SUPPOSED AREA MANAGER OR THEIR MANAGERS WHO WONT CALL TO SOLVE THIS MATTER AS WELL. WE HAVE BEEN SUPER PATIENT AND CALM AND WAITED EACH TIME THEY TOLD US TO WAIT A WEEK EVERY TIME WE CALL. BUT THIS IS GETTING BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND ALL WE WANT IS FOR THE CHARGE TO BE REVERSED.
The most recent event: Was told last Monday by the branch manager to give it until Friday again and if no refund to give him a call. He was not in Friday so a rep relayed the message to him and he said he will look into it and give us a call Monday(aka today). I worked all day and was waiting for a call and nothing. I also contacted customer service Friday as well to double check and that’s when they said they will escalate further and have a higher up call me and nothing. Two visits to the branch and 4-6 calls to customer service later and nothing. If this is not ridiculous then idk what is.
Update: called like the comment said but only to be told the same thing as before again by customer service. They’re going to escalate it” which does nothing as nobody ever calls and they still can’t connect me to anyone. Providing the name “Kim” doesn’t help. I called the branch again and was finally told an answer to the update, however, they said my request was rejected…
They said it’s probably cause we signed the form agreeing to it but I WASNT EVER INFORMED OF IT. I was signing for the car!!! I confirmed multiple times that day before signing, after signing, and before leaving that we won’t be charged anything. Was told about the $20 insurance outside while we were looking at the car to which we rejected and WASN’T told about the $11.99 insurance. Branch will put in another request. Please do not respond with “contact customer service” if customer service can’t do anything besides “escalating” and no manager wants to reach out. I was literally told word for word by multiple reps that that’s the only thing they can do.

From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. The customer service was great, and they took the time to explain how everything worked since this was my first time ever renting a car. I needed the rental because my car was being repaired after loose cargo fell onto the right side of my vehicle.
The entire process was incredibly easy, from the initial rental to extending the vehicle for an additional week. Returning the car was just as simple. I thought I would need to go inside and handle paperwork, but everything was taken care of outside. I didn’t even need to take my credit card out, they already had everything in their system.
On top of that, they gave me a ride to the collision center so I could pick up my car, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Enterprise, and especially this location. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and excellent all around.
