- PSPatti StoneApr 3, 20265.0Had to get my car towed to Mavis after a flat. Called them and they put me in for an appointment. I got to pick it up shortly. I love that they have an option of tire insurance. Even though I needed a brand new tire, because the tire I previously had was from Mavis, they gave me a discount based on the amount of tire tread remaining due to the road hazard causing my flat. Saved a good amount of money! All of the guys were very friendly & helpful, although now I can't find the card with their names on it. I was very grateful!

I had insurance on one tire and I only needed one changed they charge you full price! I work in the automotive parts industry and i see this all the time from Mavis all the time!!. Definitely will be staying away. DON'T GO GUYS THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF!!! THAT'S WHAT THEY DO.... then also at this location no cars and workers in the bay i swear like half hr idk what that was about. Waited about an 1hr plus.

I went in and explained I was heading to a wedding 3 hours away and asked if they could help. It was a Saturday and they were busy. Within 45 minutes they pulled a screw out of my tire and patched it. When I asked how much it was they said “No charge. Enjoy the wedding.” Wow! I was able to travel safely and enjoy the wedding. Wonderful customer service! Thank you Mavis!
- MHMercy HeavenlyMar 23, 20261.0Yesterday 3/22/2026, a traveler from NJ to Canada has one tire damaged in his car. He talked with Mavis, Nyack and was registered in their system that he is coming to replace the tire. He got there 5 minutes before closing due to a major accident on the garden state parkway. He begged Mavis to please replace the damage tire for him but they refused saying they have to close at 5pm. Then the manager told me '' God bless you '' while I'm leaving. How long does it take to replace 1 tire? Why take God's name in vain? Take an extra 10 or 15 minutes to help a stranger ( and you are going to bet paid for it) could have made a world of a difference and please God. Could Mavis please do better next time?
