Went to two different tire shops , both told me will take 2 days due to the new year. Gave a call & spoke to Joe , had informed me he will try his best to squeeze me in. He definitely did. Saw James there, met him previously before at a different mavis location. Amazing service , James was very professional, respectful , you name it . If you’re in need of an emergency fix on your tires , last minute or not . Head over to this location , definitely worth it . Happy new year

I had a 3:00 PM appointment for a single tire exchange and was told by Joe that it would take “a couple of hours.” When I asked for clarification—whether that meant two or three hours—he was dismissive and couldn’t give a straight answer. This was for ONE tire. While I was there, I contacted corporate, who confirmed that this type of wait time is not normal. After that, Joe clearly took it personally. When another employee asked why I was waiting, Joe argued with him and brushed him off, as if he didn’t want anyone else assisting me. Eventually, Gerald walked by, asked what I needed, and immediately said he would take care of it. He even questioned why no one had told him I was waiting. That made it obvious the delay was unnecessary from the start. At that point, it felt clear that Joe was intentionally dragging his feet after I contacted corporate. To make matters worse, Joe stared me down multiple times in an attempt to intimidate me. His behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable for someone working with the public. Gerald was the only bright spot in this experience. Unfortunately, Joe single-handedly ensured I will never return to Mavis Tire—at least not while he is at that location. From what I understand, he has received numerous complaints, yet management appears to do nothing. I will actively warn others to avoid this location.

My appointment was at 10:00. They left my car in the lot until almost 1:00 then came to get it to start the inspection. So, about 3 hours of waiting past the appointment time THEY set up. Almost 2:00 and still wasn’t close to being done. Never again! Don’t go here, there are plenty of other places in the area with better service and prices.
