    Made reservation for minivan was met by Joe - who quickly exhaled smoke as I walked in - (it smelled so bad like weed) and was told that there was no minivan even though there was one in their parking lot and was told there are no cars when I had a reservation code ending in 9360. I left a message for Craig to call me back (was told he is the manager) very frustrated as they are now closed early on Saturday and my reservation was transferred to this location from another branch.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The entire process was quick and efficient, which made everything so much easier. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional; they really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! The car itself was in great condition, clean, and drove perfectly. You can tell they take pride in both their service and their vehicles. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and would definitely rent from them again.
