    Friendly stuff, fantastic service and a flawless vehicle. I had an incredibly smooth experience renting a SUV from Enterprise after dealing with unexpected car damage. The counter staff at the West Hempstead, NY location branch were friendly, efficient, and transparent about all charges—no hidden fees! Even though it was Memorial Day weekend they helped me to find a car so quick. The car was practically brand new, spotlessly clean, and drove like a dream. Drop-off took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

    We went to pick up our rental vehicle and a service light came on. They went and got us another vehicle. When driving to the parkway a service light came on. We took the vehicle back. We are so very disappointed that we do not have this big vehicle to travel in this weekend. We got a full refund but we will never use this business.
