I didn't realize this until the next day and was concerned with having to repurchase a whole new set. Mavis of West Haverstraw addressed my concerns and were absolutely driven in making things right even though it was a mistake I've made. They allowed me to exhange my newly bought tires for a smaller set without any extra charge to me. Both times I brought my car in, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. It's been almost a week with my new set of tires and I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase and their customer service. My wheel fitment is perfect now and my car drives so much better. Everyone at Mavis was extremely respectful and patient. Dexter is very knowledgeable and caring about his customers. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate that.
