    One of the lady there Alison have an attitude she has low skills to talk to customers and talks trash about the customers, also they don’t have the decency to make sure that the car is clean

    Great experience! I got into an accident and needed a rental car for about 2 weeks. Enterprise helped me with everything. From start to finish they were fantastic! Everyone in the office was amazing and so nice and helpful. They even drove me to and from the shop to get my car. I highly recommend them!

    I recently rented from the Enterprise office in Lindenhurst, NY and had a really great experience. The team there was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the moment I walked in. The process was smooth and efficient. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. You can tell they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. The car was clean, well maintained, and ready to go when promised. Returning it was just as simple. No surprises, no pressure, just straightforward and professional service. In a time when good customer service can be hit or miss, this team really stood out. The Lindenhurst office represents Enterprise very well. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

    I wish there was a 0 star button so I can gave this location 0 stars I went yesterday to rent a car from this location they are raciest and the nastiest set of customer service I have ever came across they refuse to rent me a vehicle because I was comparing my last experience to this one I asked them if they don’t take Apple Pay that was one of the questions and the other question was why do I have to pay out of pocket because my insurance cover everything the last time that’s why they refused to rent me the car I was told to leave the premises and stand in the freezing cold I had to wait for my ride for half of an hour in freezing cold weather I don’t recommend this location very raciest and nasty behavior all the employees there the manager there needs to be fired along with the girl there I think they are in a relationship the way he was so disrespectful
