- JMJuz MeDec 3, 20255.0Wanted to commend the staff at this location for their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me today! I stopped in to get windshield washer and mentioned that I had a rear wiper that was a difficult one to change out; I had already bought the wiper from another Auto Zone location, however my vehicle manual recommended going to a dealer to have it switched—not a convenient solution! The sales person that assisted me took extra effort to look up a possible ‘fix’ in your system, and within several minutes, I had my wiper installed and working correctly!! Cannot tell you what a relief it was, and how appreciative I was of the extra care and effort that my salesperson took with me!! Thank you again!! Reference # 02957–5 55751–251203 –1
