Laney checked me in and walked me through the entire appointment with what my options were, and I never felt pressured or upsold - she genuinely asked if I wanted to hear more and I decided if I did or not. Laney was working with Ryan that day who was taking care of the oil change on my vehicle. Their rapport was fantastic and you could tell they were having a good time working together. I just got an oil change that day, but will be back for other services soon! Friendly reminder to check the website for coupons! I saved 50%!

I'm wondering if there is more oil on the outside of the car and covering the outside of the engine, than they got inside the engine! So usually I visit the Penfield store. It was swamped so I drove to the Webster store. This was my second, very bad experience at Webster. Bad enough I took photos this time. I didn't post the oil on the fenders, grill and hood. VOIC was good for a while. In the last 2 years or so, employee turn around is awful. I used to have a regular crew work on my vehicles, now each visit is with new employees and it shows. Sadly, today was my last trip to a Valvoline Oil Change. Take5 is new in the area and probably where my next oil changes will be going forward.
