I brought in brand-new tires, and they were mounted and beaded incorrectly, which caused them to leak from the bead only a week later. I returned to have the issue fixed, and two weeks after that it happened again—this time the bead had actually torn. Because of this, I had to purchase new tires out of my own pocket. When I went back for help, I was told that I “bought them like that,” even though the tires were brand new when I brought them in. Not only did the shop not take responsibility, but they also refused to help install the replacement tires. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this situation cost me time, money, and a set of tires. I hope the shop can improve its quality control and customer service so others don’t go through the same experience.

However, they stated I did not need alignment even though the tires were 2 inches bigger than stock. After driving for only a day, the alignment was clearly off so I took it back to Monro. They performed the alignment, charged me full price, and it was still off. Had to go another shop to get the alignment sorted out.
