She told me that she was busy at the moment but she would help me as soon as she finished with the customer she was working with. I said that’s fine and took a seat in the waiting area. I sat there for 40 minutes, long after all other customers had left and still she did not help me. The lady and what I assume was her manager kept walking past me and looking at me but never said anything. Then they would just stand in the lobby and joke around for minutes at a time and still nobody helped me. In all that time I spent sitting there waiting to be helped I also learned that the “manager” that was also in the lobby was making phone call after phone call trying to have some bad google reviews removed from their location. It all makes sense now. DONT TRUST MAVIS GOOGLE REVIEWS. They remove bad honest reviews to make themselves look better and trick customers into thinking the service matches what google states. Head down the road to Wilbert’s instead. Much better service and way better pricing.
