I was called later -stated failed , all 4 brakes and a wiper ripped. I was told, "But don't worry, We offer a coupon for both" I asked how much to repair. $1300. I asked, thats with the coupon? -Yes. I said no, I'll pick up the car at 5. Upon arrival to pick up, I asked what the measurements were of the rotors and the brake pads that were worn. He would not provide the details. I asked - then how do we know the rotors need replacement. He answered the rotors are rotted. I knew they weren't rotted. I took the vehicle to another inspector. I told him the brakes failed at another inspection site. He passed it stating the brakes pads were only half worn and rotors were fine. 3 wipers were fine. Cole/Mavis lied, faked a failure, tried to take my money. $1300) A loyal customer for years, I'll NEVER trust them again. Good Bye!
