I arrived the next day to find out that they can't get my van (that they looked up tires for, so they knew the size of it) into the shop it may be to big. He proceeded to tell me that the lady lied to me about everything.That I would have to wait three hours to find out if the van would even fit. So I said, I'll just buy the tires and walk out the door.... all of a sudden the price was 706!! I said to the guy at the counter "Your math is wrong". He said, oh, they give you a package deal for everything. But it's $30 per tire to mount and balance so how does that make sense. Some shady stuff going on at this location not a happy customer!

However, I recently discovered that most of the lug nuts on my wheels were loose, and the front drivers-side wheel was dangerously close to popping off. I took my car to a different shop to have them tightened. The negligence by the technicians at this shop put me at risk while driving. I won't be using Mavis for any services in the future.

I drive over and hour to get there, they then tell me the price is $160 for all 4 tires. Whats perplexing, is that my neighbor just had the same done on his 4 tires for $80. They knew what they were doing & the individual that I spoke to treated me in a bigotry contempt. Don't take a vehicle there, they are shady. I drove to the Goodyear Tire Center, a half mile down the road. The Goodyear price was $50 less too.
