  Joe at enterprise in webster was wearing a cape!! He saved my family trip by getting me a rental last minute. I would highly recommend him!!!

  Rented a car in Canandaigua because of insurance, had to drop off here and it was seem less. Looks like the guy in charge in Canandaigua was also in charge here, no wonder it was seamless and professional. Hopefully do not have to come back but would gladly!

  I enjoy this location, I work with Joe on my reservations and am never disappointed or inconvenienced. Vehicles are always clean and in top performance condition and Joe makes sure of that again before I leave. Great team here, being led well. 💪🏽

  I rent from enterprise all the time for work and usually have a good experience no matter where I go. But not this time. I booked a full size SUV and the reservation online. I get a call 2 days later saying they don’t know how I was able to book it because they don’t have any cars. I tried to be flexible and said I would be willing to downgrade to something smaller. But no matter what both the employees on the phone I talked to kept saying their favorite line of “no guarantees” that I’d be able to get a car after the app allowed me to book it. Overall my customer service this time around has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never been talked to so rudely before by employees for a company that likes to pride itself on its customer service. Don’t book here if you really need a car because there’s never any “guarantees”
