At one point I mentioned that Carhartt jackets are incredibly warm, and he casually said he has one but isn’t allowed to wear it because it isn’t the “correct color.” He didn’t complain or make a big deal about it he simply said it, and moved on. He was outside working on my car for at least 10 minutes, in 15 degree weather, and remained kind, professional, and positive throughout. His work ethic, and dedication really stood out. You have a wonderful, employee, and I’m very grateful for his hard work. I’m the one making a big deal about the jacket, because I genuinely think it’s concerning. I work in Healthcare field and this weather is no joke. No employee should be prevented from wearing a warm jacket in freezing temperatures due to color rules or whatever the other reason are. Their health, safety, and well-being should always come first. Thanks again Naz you are amazing.
