  Everybody was extremely friendly explained. The whole process in detail asked if I had any questions and I didn’t because they explained everything to me. Thank you for making my experience pleasurable.

  I would recommend Enterprise to everyone. Customer service was very friendly with no questions asked. You receive a nice clean car that even smells great. I received my deposit back into my checking account just as they said. I would rent again if needed

  Extremely frustrating experience at the Enterprise location at the Watertown International Airport. I showed up for a rental and was told the only vehicles available were minivans—no other options whatsoever. That’s already disappointing, but what made it worse was the complete lack of flexibility or customer service. I tried to use my points for the rental, and the employee refused, saying the reservation couldn’t be made for the same day. No effort to help, no workaround, just a flat “no.” When you’re standing there needing a vehicle, that kind of response is unacceptable. Between the limited inventory and the unwillingness to assist, this was a really poor experience. I expect better from a company like Enterprise, especially at an airport location where people rely on timely service. Definitely left frustrated and will think twice before booking here again.

  I had to visit this enterprise site since my rental vehicle had firstly low tire pressure on one if the rear tires.I was on a 7 plus hour drive toWatertown NY.Checking on google to find an enterprise open that Sunday morning.Found one about 3hrs into my journey.The attendant lets say was not too concern.Aired the tire and said that we have to take the vehicle back to to where we picked up.At the Watertown site we were met with warm friendly attendants Alicia Stewart and Tony Rodriguez who followed up checked on other concerns and advice that they could change that vehicle.I was very thankful to now be more comfortable to get back home. Thank you guys for a great experience.
