  Seems like they’ve made plenty of changes recently, none for the better. I was told during my last visit that they DO NOT remove the oil plug to allow your vehicle to drain properly. They said this is standard practice, but that seems pretty crazy to me, since they attempted to sell me a new oil plug during my previous visit. Seems like they should be more concerned with changing peoples oil properly instead of trying to sell new wiper blades and bulbs. I wasn’t very impressed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who doesn’t have the knowledge or ability to double-check the work.

  The lines were long, but the employees were efficient and moved things along quickly. They performed a valuable points inspection and alerted me that my battery was nearing the end of its life. I would have purchased a battery there and had them install it, but they didn't have the model I needed for my Audi in stock. I will definitely return to that location for my next oil change.

  My husband and I brought our 2022 Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change on February 10th. Over an hour after pulling into the bay, we were told that when they were removing the skid plate to replace the oil filter, they broke off one of the bolts and were unable to get the skid plate off. They recommended that we take our truck to a full service shop for them to figure out how to get the broken bolt out as they could not do this at Valvoline. They handed us the new oil filter, and proceeded to try to charge us full price for the MaxLife Oil Change. After explaining our dissatisfaction for paying for a full service oil change where only part of the oil change was actually completed, the Assistant Manager Brandon took $15 off for the "inconvenience". Now we have a partial oil change and have to take our vehicle to a full service shop to get them to figure out how to remove the broken bolt and replace the filter for us which will cost us more money and time spent trying to fix an issue that was directly caused by Valvoline. I would like to note that Mike, the gentleman running the computer was fantastic in keeping us informed and being very polite and apologetic. However, as a manager, we did not feel that Brandon exhibited the same positive customer service and approached the matter with a "stuff happens" attitude which was reflected in the small discount that we had to ask for. He walked off, applied it, then disappeared never communicating that he was sorry for the inconvenience and when it was time to check out, Mike didn't even know what the discount was for and Brandon was nowhere to be found.

  Waited in line for 1hr and 45 min for them to do 3 oil changes. They stood and talked to a customer for over 15 min above and beyond service. Do not go here if you want quick because it sure isn't! Lost customer here
