  Went to drop off a truck that we got for a one way trip up here. They where closed yet suppose to be open. I called and was told to drop the key in the dropbox and I would get a receipt emailed the next day when they checked it in. The next day came no receipt to my email so called penske who transferred me to the watertown office. The guy I spoke to said the office was closed I'm like seriously because online it says they are open. If this is the case then update the hours online being it seems they are open when they want to be. However the guy said he will check the truck in and I will receive an email with my receipt, I'm still waiting on it. This has absolutely been the worst return experience I have ever received with a moving truck company.

  The customer service I received at the Watertown store was top notch. Super accommodating and just easy to work with. Would definitely recommend, a new 16' from upsate NY to north FL through every winter road conditions to torrential rain the truck handled great.

  This place is horrible, you make a reservation months ahead of time but that doesn't guarantee you a truck. But will give the same size truck to a different renter that made their reservations later

  Will never rent from this place again. All other truck rental companies that we have used have taken a deposit and then charged back to our card once the truck was returned. This place froze not only the deposit but the estimated mileage as well. Now it's 3 days later and still nothing credited back to my account. Just called corporate and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to be processed. None of this was told to us at the time we made the reservation and picked up the truck.. Now these idiots are blaming my bank (which is a fantastic local bank). They don't care at all and their attitude reflects that. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
