    Mr. Tire has genuinely been the most thoughtful experience I have ever had with an auto service company. The team helped me last October with a wheel bearing issue, and then later around November I had more issues with my car. They were honest and openly communicative through the entire process. Unfortunately this new year, my car started having issues again and it appeared to be the wheel bearing issues once more. The team at Mr. Tire handled it personally and professionally. They took care of my car and the repeated issue and made the entire situation practically without stress. They have done me a great service and I will be grateful to them for their work ethic and kindness for a very long time. I cannot recommend their business enough. They are honest and trustworthy professionals who genuinely show care for their customers as well as the vehicles. Thank you, genuinely.

    I visited the store a couple years ago for inspection and oil change and it was great service. Saw some negative reviews on yelp and was cautious to return but I was in Watertown for other apts and thought I would try them again. Saw on website apt openings and dropped by. They allowed me to take one of the openings and I was in and out in a short period of time. I am very satisfied with greeting when I arrived and the service I received.

    Very honest and awesome shop. Went in for mount, balance and alignment. Tech checked alignment and said it was in range and didn’t charge for an alignment. Most shops would have just done alignment and charged. Thank you for being honest always. Will continue to get my business here. Have been a customer for over 7 years here. Won’t go anywhere else. Make sure to click through to the actual store. The first operator you get is completely incompetent, not the stores fault though.
