  I ordered tires on TireRack.com and had them shipped to the store. They arrived at the store and I called Wednesday to schedule an appointment. I gave them all my contact info and made sure they knew I had tires that were delivered to their facility. Appointment got scheduled for Thursday at 1pm. I showed up to my appointment and was told by the manager that they were unable to honor the appointment because the tires were from tire rack and the soonest they were able to set up an appointment would be 6 days from now. They did offer to keep it and TRY to get it done today but I shouldn’t have to do that because I already had an appointment. Then I called around and found a place to get them installed so I went back inside and tried to pick up my tires to take them to this place. Then the employee asked to see my license so I showed it to her and then she went over to the copy machine and was about to make a copy of it. I understand asking to see ID to confirm I am the owner of my tires but I asked for it back as I feel they do not need a copy of my ID. They called the manager who came back to the store and stated they would not release the tires without a copy of my ID and then said ‘you can wait outside with whatever you’re doing.’ I exited the facility at their demand and then called the local non-emergency police number and y’all to try to get this resolved. After speaking with y’all, they ended up agreeing to release the tires. I go inside to pick them up and the manager said they’re outside. Didn’t ask for my ID or even a signature for the tires. They had placed my tires out in front of their bay door in their parking lot. So I start to roll them over to my vehicle to load them up and another car pulled in. I said in passing, “if you’re here for tires, I highly recommend going somewhere else.” Approximately 30 seconds later, the manager comes out and becomes all confrontational, saying “I was going to leave it alone but you want to run your mouth to people walking in” and then stated calling me names and trying to belittle me. Extremely unprofessional.

  Tries to tell you that you need breaks/calipers, and the vehicle cant leave until its completed due to "safety"-- even when your vehicle has had a full break job done 3 weeks ago- but as soon as a man joins and says no way,they are still new- its oh...it must have been bad lighting.....rightttttt, sufficient lighting to work on the vehicle, but not check parts? Money grabbing scammers who think a woman will just accept what they are saying without question. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I have had Mr Tire do maintenance on my truck in the past. They have always been great. The people are great to deal with and their mechanics are top notch 👌 👏
