The local auto parts store referred me to this particular Mavis location and told me to ask for Sean. I reached him right away and he was able to get my car on the lift within an hour. In situations like this, a shop can really take advantage of you - but not this shop! Sean looked at it himself, showed me how three of my four fasteners had rusted away on my exhaust manifold, replaced the four fasteners and I was out the door 20 minutes later. A lot of shops would have diagnosed it to score a good bill, but not Sean. His honesty and integrity were certainly appreciated in a day and age where many chain stores would take advantage of you because they can. You can trust this shop and it seems that many other customers feel the same way if you read a lot of the reviews.
