- RPRobert PecoriJan 25, 20265.0I ordered and paid for tires and an oil change online and was given an appointment for 2 days later at my local Goodyear shop. I went in for the appointment and immediately had and issue finding my appointment in their system. After a little searching, they found me, but there were others issues with the order. Kenny, the assistant manager assisted with my order and tried to figure out what was going on and hit a brick wall because he didn't have the store managers password to go any further with it. This was s Sunday so, Peter, the store manager was off. Kenny called him to see if he could help, as luck would have it, Peter was nearby and would stop in. As soon as Peter got there and looked into it, he told me one issue with my order was the tires I was offered online were not the right tire because the are car tires not meant for trucks. Already long story short he made it right and offered me the right tires at a good deal and took care of me. Kenny and Peter and the others went above and beyond, with Peter coming in on his day off, to take care of a first time customer. Really impressed with this place and will be back with my other vehicle and will be sending others their way. Thanks Pete and Kenny.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and what my options were. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated in the auto service world now. If you need work done on your car, Chris is the man.
