They were able to fix my flat (Thank you!!), but also put my spare back under the car where it belongs even though that was not part of the service! I have purchased 4 sets of tires for multiple cars from this (Service Center 1142 Watertown, NY) location and have always received great advice and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

- MMMaria MiddlestateDec 12, 20255.0I had a pleasant and unusual experience when I brought my car to the Watertown, NY Goodyear shop. As a women, it is very unusual for me to leave a auto shop feeling satisfied. I often am treated as if I know nothing about my vehicle and that only that particular shop knows what's best for me, usually to the tune of several hundreds if not thousands of dollars later. I can say that working with Peter Harris and Chris Hutt was a very different experience. Peter was up front with what was going on, showing me the problem and then he spent an exceptional amount of time finding what I needed. (I have a 2012 subaru, which is an odd duck of sorts for available tire sizes) and getting it as soon as possible all while taking extra measures to assure the safety of my vehicle while waiting for the parts. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and knowledge that he was willing to share with me while dealing with a very busy shop, multiple phone calls and other issues, all of which he was just as polite and professional in dealing with. Chris was also very helpful in communicating knowledge about the issues I had with my vehicle and providing knowledge about it as well as listening to what I had to say about the situation. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and honest treatment! I know where I will be bringing my vehicle from now on if I need anything! Goodyear, thank you for maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. It is a rare commodity in today's day and age.
