This couldn’t be further from the truth working with the team at this location. I literally now call this location to help me book around the world due to their exceptional care. They are extremely quick, always fix their mistakes, and ensure getting my rental car is the least of my worries. If you work with Tony Rodriguez you are in 100% good hands. His hospitality and swift assistance ensures this location and enterprise will always have my business as long as he’s there. Right after this review I’m booking another car for my up coming trip, Tony and the Watertown team always help me in the most stressful times. Give him a raise!!

The staff is friendly, efficient, and desire to give the best customer service. Drop off at the airport was super easy. Also enjoyed the car I had. I highly recommend them.
