    I brought my car into your Waterloo shop on 3/18 for service. They ended up changing my spark plugs, my valve cover gasket, and my purge valve all for $1,152.66. The very same day I got my car back, it smelled heavily like fuel and oil which is very dangerous and concerning. I immediately took it back and they proceeded to tell me the valve cover gasket seal was not installed properly and they would have to warranty it. Oil was spilled all over under my hood. They told me out of courtesy they were not going to charge me to fix this and give me an oil change. They had to keep it overnight and work on it the next day and I picked it up on 3/20. On 3/21, I went out of town and didn’t get to drive my car long enough until I got back on the 27th. I proceeded to smell oil again that morning and called them back and they told me I can bring it in on Monday the 30th. At the shop on Monday, I was told that it was a residual oil smell from when oil spilled everywhere under the hood. I told them that it definitely was not that and I was concerned something else was leaking. On Thursday 4/2, I was called to be told that the same part of the gasket was installed improperly again just like last time and I needed to get the same part warrantied again, all because they put in a seal upside down. I finally have my car back and it is back to what it should’ve been but I believe I was grossly overcharged, considering the circumstances of error again and again. I do not recommend this place.

    Ash should and needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. I stopped in with an emergency tire issue on Saturday with short staff and several vehicles in the lot. He was not only accommodating, but very professional. Thank you, Ash!!!
