I thought I could do it without the tools and actually had my hand inside but could not get it to twist very well because of my big hands. I was thinking of asking someone inside AutoZone to help but one of the employees had came out to the parking lot helping a different customer. He saw me struggling with it and told me to go to Monro Auto and ask for Zach tell him Chris from AutoZone sent you. I go there and there is gentleman and a lady standing in the lobby patiently waiting for someone. I looked over and the receptionist desk was empty so I sat down. A minute later a young man comes in and sets down at the desk and started helping the couple, he apologized and helped them in a fashionable and friendly and positive way. And when he was done with them he was polite and asked how he help. I told him what happened he said let's go have a look. Mind you I didn't see a name tag on him but he also didn't confirm or say that he was the person I was seeking. After a couple minutes he was done and I asked him what I owe him he said nothing it's my pleasure to help out. I asked him his name and wouldn't you know it was him Zach the very one I was told to ask for. Anyway we need more people like these two gentlemen. Thank you both. And Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone.
