    I had a great experience with Chris at Mavis. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic who provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. Chris is professional, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend asking for him if you need service at Mavis!

    Made an appointment two days prior went into my appointment 30 minutes early dropped the car off to have an inspection done was told they were busy and I understood . But I received the worst customer service ever ! I did not receive a call So after almost 3 hours, I called them was told they hadn’t been able to work on my vehicle yet to do the inspection, but it would be done before the end of the day. Another hour and twenty minutes go by no call so I call back 30 minutes before they close and they didn’t even know what vehicle I was speaking about said I had not dropped one off, but yet they took my key. I was shocked. I was then put on hold and then came back to the phone. They told me that they would not be able to do my inspection that day and they would leave my key in the car. I told them not to do that and I would be there shortly to pick my vehicle up and I wanted corporate‘s phone number. When I arrived at the location my car key was left on a counter on top of a card with corporate‘s phone number, so anyone could’ve taken my car keys . I had to knock on the garage door to make the manager come out to speak to me I was treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever seen, and the worst customer service ever . I was not apologized for not having my car inspection done considering I had made an appointment two days prior when I asked for an apology I was told ‘what do I need to apologize for ? ‘ and was told to leave. Is this how we treat customers?? Unreal i’m not sure if this employee realizes the only reason he has a job is because of the customers, I will never go back to this establishment due to this employee. I hope that their management gets rid of an employee like this because this is what will bring their business and name down. If you treat people like this, they will not return !! I am a understandable person And I get things happen and that is out of your control but what is in your control is how you treat people! What should have been said as the person in charge that day was “ I’m sorry we weren’t able to get your vehicle completed today but we can get you back in first thing the next day to take care of it and get you in and out of here in no time “would’ve been the correct response to a customer and the right customer service not to be asked to leave because they asked for an Apology and and for you to be accountable for not communicating and doing the right thing! I hope no ever treats your mother or daughter this way !!!
