    I came in there to get an oil change. I waited and waited while I sat in my car in the bay. There was no one in front of me but I was still waiting. I finally just left and said the hell with this place

    I waited from 11:30 am to 12:50 to never receive my oil change. 4 cars that I was ahead of was serviced before me. No one ever cane out to explain what was going on or the delay with the car in front of me. Just sat there until I said something and then I was told I could move to another best. I am like I have kid in the car, I am not waiting another 20 minutes. They really need to better communicate.

    Weird I had to stay in the car they insisted they checked and filled my tires however since they made me stay in my car I was there the whole time and never once saw them near my tires or half the other things they said they checked so due to that I question they actually changed my oil but I don't have any proof just was a weird experience so all I can is be very watchfull

    I really respected everyone involved in my oil change for bringing to my attention the things my car needed. They explained everything - things that they suggested I needed to do that day, and things that could be taken care of in the weeks to come. I will certainly be back to address those as I did not feel pressured but rather informed.
