    I really respected everyone involved in my oil change for bringing to my attention the things my car needed. They explained everything - things that they suggested I needed to do that day, and things that could be taken care of in the weeks to come. I will certainly be back to address those as I did not feel pressured but rather informed.

    If you go and its an older guy, he will try to scam you into buying everything. I went during the summer and he gave me a list of things I needed to get. I took the list home, all of it totaled well over $1000. I went back to get one of the things and a younger employee asked what I wanted. He looked at me like I had 5 heads when I told him. He said I didnt need that and wont for a while, than he told me that whoever said I did was trying to scam we (I told him it was his coworker). I went back recently cause I really needed an oil change, I said no to everything else he tried to sell me. But he almost got me by telling me my brake light was out and I could get ticket, I still told him no, figuring I could do it myself. I went home and checked it....it wasnt out.

    Expensive!!!... Over $80 for an oil change. The Valvoline in Roanoke Virginia is 30 to $40 for an oil change last time I went. Get out of New York State,,,, it's a wonder anybody stays here.!!
