    This is the second time I’ve gone to this location for an inspection. The store manager, Fackens, is so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I had a communication problem that prevented me from passing. He called a local shop, sent me over. They took care of the issue right away and I went back to valvoline and they completed my inspection.

    I had my oil changed here last month, and I wanted the engine filter changed too. The employee there took forever to fix it, so they called another person over, but the filter still wasn't changed. They told me they'd only change it when the manager was there. This month, my engine light came on, and when I went to get it checked, they said it was because they hadn't put the engine filter back on properly. Is this how unprofessional you are? Who would dare get their oil changed or repaired here? I'm definitely not going to your shop again. Whoever works there is just asking for trouble.

    I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Valvoline. The three team members I worked with went above and beyond by clearly explaining everything that needed attention, from the air filter to the engine filter. They were efficient, professional, and made me feel confident that my car was being well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would like to thank Andrew, Fabian, and Rylan for their outstanding work.

    Very helpful and friendly staff, Fax the manager, even came out to meet me because it must have been obvious it was my first time. They were quick efficient and very thorough. Didn’t have wait long at 9am. They explained everything that was being done. Out in less than 30 mins and got a wave off from the whole team, which put a big smile on my face

    Fabian & Nate were the most helpful, efficient, kind technicians I have ever met. I came in w multiple car problems and they were so patient with all of my concerns. They went above and beyond. I have been a Valvoline customer all my life - but the service that day was just superb- there are really no words to describe. I know it sounds strange bc its only some car problems - but they treated me with so much dignity and respect and not just like i was a customer they wanted to hurry and get rid of. Thank you Fabian and Nate 🥹 thank you for treating me with such care, kindness, and respect. Incredible team you have here.
