I needed the mini van to drive my daughter and her things back to college. The day before I supposed to pick up the vehicle, enterprise called to confirm the reservation. We were confirmed. When I arrived the following day to pick up the vehicle, the employee told me he gave it to another person this morning because I was late- WHAT? Someone had a reservation also and they came in at 8 am and picked up the minivan- WHAT? I couldn’t believe it! How can you have 2 reservations for 1 mini van . You can’t- What is the probability of another person having a reservation for a minivan on a Thursday and comes in at 8 am. The employee either thinks people are stupid but in actuality they are. I WAS LEFT WITH NO VEHICLE TO DRIVE MY DAUGHTER BACK TO SCHOOL. DO NOT USE THIS ENTERPRISE! I will be making a formal complaint to multiple state and federal agencies as well as putting the my story out to Dutchess County residents and beyond via social media. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
