    Going to Virginia was excellent. Ms Sahana told me I could leave my personal car in the back of the building until i return. I did inform her i would be back February 21st. No problem. Just park in the back of the building. Coming back was horrible. They confirmed a car for me. When I went to get it no can was there at the airport. Customer service said they will take care of it and bring me a car ASAP. I waited and waited NO CALL OR CAR. Took Amtrak. Went to get my car and my car was not there. Where is it??? I called the police department the officer was very nice. He had no information about it. Enterprises was closed due to the weather. I will call them in the morning. Follow-up..my car was towed$$. Mr. DiSalvo told the Lot Owner I was not a customer. Because of his LACK OF COMMUNICATION and looking in the computer they had no choice to tow my car. I did follow up with corporate and is waiting for a call back. This has NEVER happened to me before with Enterprises. I hope it will never happen to you.

    We were stranded in Fishkill when our car broke down on Christmas Eve. Everything was closed on Christmas day so we could not do anything to rent a car until December 26th. We needed to rent a car in order to get back home and we needed it fast because there was a blizzard forecasted for later in the day. Sahana at this office was able to get a car for us and even offered to come and pick us up at our hotel. She went out of the way to secure a car for us and was extremely helpful and kind. I also have to commend the Enterprise office in Beacon NY. We first tried to rent a car at this office but they did not have anything available and suggested we call Wappinger Falls instead. All in all, I would say that my experience with Enterprise at these two locations was most satisfactory and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

    Call Newburgh office for a small SUV they said they have 2 but when asked if it was through the insurance company I said yes . they said hold on then came back and said we had nothing only a small car . They did not give me the option to pay the difference if the SUV was not covered by the insurance. Just did not want to work with me. The Newburgh office Windsor office was very nice and they worked well with finding me a vehicle.
