- CGCubana GJan 4, 20265.0We were stranded in Fishkill when our car broke down on Christmas Eve. Everything was closed on Christmas day so we could not do anything to rent a car until December 26th. We needed to rent a car in order to get back home and we needed it fast because there was a blizzard forecasted for later in the day. Sahana at this office was able to get a car for us and even offered to come and pick us up at our hotel. She went out of the way to secure a car for us and was extremely helpful and kind. I also have to commend the Enterprise office in Beacon NY. We first tried to rent a car at this office but they did not have anything available and suggested we call Wappinger Falls instead. All in all, I would say that my experience with Enterprise at these two locations was most satisfactory and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

They did not give me the option to pay the difference if the SUV was not covered by the insurance. Just did not want to work with me. The Newburgh office Windsor office was very nice and they worked well with finding me a vehicle.
