I have two cars and the one needed an oil change. We took it for the oil change but these workers never reset the system so the car kept on messaging me I still needed an oil change a week after been serviced. I took it again and a woman was there who reset it but still didn’t fix the problem. After the third time we went again and the same woman said it could be a problem with the electric for the car until the mechanic guy that day said he’ll check it out and finally reset it correctly. In all it took three times to take care of something simple they should’ve taken care of. Then the next time was 12/5/25 we went in for a state inspection. The front person was told we had an interlock device 3 times and my husband needed to be there to turn the car on. This person in the front disregarded the message and went to the mechanic who laughed it off. They tried to turn on the car and messed up the system which resulted in a lock out for the interlock device. To unlock it it will be a $75 dollar fee when it could’ve been avoided. Because of these people’s unprofessionalism and disregard we had to take more time off our busy lives because they don’t listen or care for the customers concerns. I’m completely disappointed with this company and will not continue to use their services. I considered recommending them to family and friends but will not going further. Customer beyare with this particular location or company.
