I struggled with the battery on my own, the battery fluid was leaking out. I asked for a paper towel; nobody offered me help still. But as soon as someone else walked in the store they were greeted and helped EXPEDITIOUSLY! I was the only one the store at first and there were about 4/5 available employees to help me.

I'm winging it most of the time, but the staff here have been amazing explaining the proper oil I need, filters etc... Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but also super funny but they are always in a wonderful mood. They even offered to carry the battery to my car. I always ask a lot of silly questions and they were very happy to help. Super happy with my experience there.
