- JJJoshuaApr 3, 20261.0They sold me a caliper that was defective. This led me to replace the brake hose unnecessarily. The manager/supervisor, Chris, told me I need a receipt to be reimbursed. I dug through my trash and came back with the receipt - only for him to now say I need the brake hose! That the trash man just took away. That’s not right. It was your defective part in the first place and you’re making the customer jump through hoops.

He explained it all thoroughly and in detail, making the install process as smooth as possible. If anyone has even the slightest hesitation I suggest going to him for his expert knowledge.
