  Easy to get in same day for an appointment. Though, scheduler is offsite so when I got there, they weren’t able to do my car same day.

  The young man was extremely rude and clearly lacks in work ethic. They had no idea of our appointment and the car was brought in 2 hours after appointment time. Break down communication with this tire center and the main me.tire appointment center !! They need a better system in the company to become efficient. They did give the car an upgrade tire due to not having the tire in stock. Clearly this location needs customer service training and computer with inventory training. One star cuz the TV worked and bathroom needs to be cleaned!!! Find another company for tires!!!

  Giving a (3) star review this time.. , in my opinion I think it’s still generous (despite the circumstances). I had an 8:30 A.M appointment today Saturday / -3/7/26 however idk if weather heavy rainfall caused a power outage or something but nobody was there -on arrival for my appointment time. I was scheduled to get a NYS🗽 State Inspection, after making the appointment 3/6 Friday afternoon .. and with a text message reminder I was told that I was confirmed for the morning of - Nothing! I got no text no phone call / after 20 minutes past my appointment time I decided to leave! 😡 Even with / also - after I called the location phone number - - no one was there. I don’t find this acceptable, if you come to this location I’ve had decent service before but be mindful/prepared for Miscues! I’m unsure if I’ll return - not saying no.. but I’m unimpressed with this experience!

  I called for a quote on 2 Tires for my Daughter in Law's car. I spoke to Fran and he gave me a VERY reasonable quote! My Son dropped off the car and left it overnight. The car had 2 new tires on it the next morning for the exact amount that Fran quoted me. You now have new Customers for life! Thank you so much for helping us out!
