  This Valvoline site was fast and thorough! My tech Ryan made the entire process easy and my car care was seamless! He replaced my absolutely filthy filter (where does all that mess come from?!?!) Checked my windshield wipers and my battery. My battery is on its last legs and Ryan educated me on what to expect, the type of battery I have and offered me a replacement. I thought my car took full synthetic but Ryan checked my records and let me know I have been using the next oil down. He was honest about my options and what my car needs. All of the techs on the floor were friendly and moving in total unison and wished me a good day! I will definitely stop here again!

  Returned to this location as I was due for an oil change, and they treated me right the last time. I appreciate the audible checks, 2nd checks, communication, etc. This time, and to my relative horror, they called out "missing oil cap". I was astounded seeing as this location was last location to pop my hood and utilize that, now, missing oil cap. They proceeded to take my money, basically shrug, and let me know that the feedneck on my truck's engine was super tall, so I was probably "fine". "It came in full of oil, so you're good". I'm not so much concerned about the oil level so much as my driving through the cruddiest, snowiest, saltiest, miserable part of winter with no oil cap. Only the lord knows what foreign matter entered that feedneck between my services. I've put in an escalated claim and hoping this can be resolved. I used to be paranoid and check oil, cap, drain plug, filter every time but against better judgement (or laziness) I stopped performing that ceremony. I'll certainly be popping the hood and looking under the truck after every service, just as if I went and changed it myself, but that's not exactly why we go to full service oil change establishments, is it?
