  A foreign call center takes the initial call even when calling the exact location you are trying to reach for no apparent reason. I had two total flats late evening, would not hold air long enough to drive it over. So I gave them the make, model and year and they said they could do it first thing the next morning. To me this means you have looked up the tires and you have them. I told them I wasn’t sure I could get it there that early if it needed to be towed but said I would get it there asap and they indicated they would fit it in. Had it towed over by midday they said they would do it at 4. Evening time they call to say they have to special order the tires… and it would be two more days. Why did you not check stock when I told you the night before what car it was… I could have gotten them from the local Walmart that day… Then it also needed tire pressure sensors. So three days later and almost $600 I was finally back on the road. I can’t say if this is standard price for two all season 75k mile tires, pretty sure the work costs more than the tires. I had asked them to fill the windshield fluid too; nope… and my hood mysteriously isn’t opening correctly so they either messed it up or didn’t even try to fill it.

  I can't begin to express just how grateful I am to the fine professionals at Mr. Tire Auto service in Farmington, NY. It's never a good time to have your vehicle break down, but it's definitely worse when it happens on the Thruway and nearing the end of business hours. One call to Mr. Tire and the shop Manager told me to bring it in. These men stayed past closing to repair my truck and get me back on the road. They were kind, efficient, and informative - and charged a very reasonable price. Even if Farmington isn't around the corner from you, this shop is worth the drive.

  It took no fewer than six rescheduled appointments over 30 days to actually get my car inspected. This store's equipment breaks constantly, its staff are unavailable, and its tire and labor prices are an abomination before the Lord. I would rate it negative stars if I could.

  I got a flat tire on Saturday 12-20-25. Called to see if they had tires for my car. Nicest lady in the world answered said yes and they can get me in as soon as the next morning. Told her I cant I was stuck on the side of the road since I had no spare or jack. She went out of her way to make sure that if I can get it there they can get It done. I get towed there an hour and a half before they close. They were busy and still got my car done before they closed. Great people all around and I would recommend this location to anybody. Thank you guys so much I appreciate it.

  Aftet my first experience with Mr Tire I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I called the store directly and ordered snow tires. I was told they would be in two days later and made an appointment on that day at 4:00 pm. When I arrived the manager told ne they had my work order but were confused about it but had not called me to check the order. I was told my care would be ready within 2 hour. 2 hours later I was told that they had taken my tires off the rims and then realized the tires they were supposed to put on had not been ordered. The manager said he was sorry they made a mistake- they actually made three mistakes. They did not call to check the work order. The tires were never ordered. They took my tires off without checking the new tires were there. I asked for my deposit back (which they say will take 10 days) and walked out. After that complete incompetence I HAD NO CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO SAFELY INSTALL MY TIRES!
