  Mr. Tire in Farmington is amazing! I had a tire blow out on me, and showed up three minutes before they closed. They stayed open an extra 20 minutes just to make sure my car was good, and I felt safe to drive home! Everyone went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend this place!

  My car has been there for weeks now and everytime I call the mechanic simply just yells at me says (I told you I’ll call when it’s ready) like he literally yells and screams at me and I only call every few days because my car is my only method of work, I might literally starve to death I’m running out of money and getting desperate, please don’t leave your car here unless you’re okay with them fixing everyone before you, is it because I’m young and black? Idk why they are discriminating against me but I better get a Discount or actually it should be free of charge with how long I have been waiting, you guys need better staff please try to find new people to hire please

  I chose the tires I wanted and got a quote yesterday - for $955 dollars. I made the appointment for today and called them to make sure the tires would be there in time (per the website). the woman I spoke to saw my order, assured me the tires would be there today and was all set. Today when I get there they tell me the tires will be $1300! I showed her the quote I got online, and the price. She said she didn't know how that was possible - even though I showed it to her - and would not honor the price. Complete bait and switch and unwillingness to honor a price that was a problem on their end. Make sure if you want to do business with this place you ask for the 'real' price and don't assume the price you get when you make the appointment is what you'll pay when you get there - you'll get ripped off.

  Service was to have all season tires switched for winter tires that I brought with me. This service should have taken 30-45 mins and given that I had an early appointment I opted to wait for the car to be ready. I was there for 3 hours with little to no communication unless I inquired about the timeline. When I did ask, I was told 30 minutes, then it still wasn’t ready. I would have arranged for a pickup if I had known it was going to be that long. Do better with communication and staffing.

  Made an appointment for 7:30am drop off decided to drop it before close the night before told them what was needed and was told it would be done by 3pm the next day . Around 12:30pm I called to see for an update they didn’t start any work was one said it’s been sitting because they didn’t know what needed to be done . Explain what needed to be done was polite . Called around 3:30pm my car was not even started yet and the store manager of the store was rude and stated to come pick up my car and declined service after he hung up on me several times because I was asking about my car . I asked to speak his manager and he gave me the regional managers phone number then explained what was going on . He had them work on my car and I got a discount but I would never go back again .
