  After driving over a curb the night before, I scheduled an inspection for damage at Monro Auto Service Center today. Scheduling on a Sunday was easy and my car was in the shop in no time. The news was great, no damage noted and the man who helped me at the desk and who checked out my car were awesome. Thank you so much!

  I got a flat in the evening, called right before close to set an appointment for opening the next day, they had me in and out in a timely manner.

  The “ manager” was about as unprofessional as you could get. Dressed in a dirty rock band sweatshirt covered in grease. Could not hear him say anything as he spoke so softly. Didn’t seem to have a notification of my online appt but accepted me for work ( NYS inspection) I waited what seemed like 30” And he informed that his link with NYS to confirm the inspection was down. No apology. Just stating the facts Very poor customer relation skills. Should be moved exclusively to the bottom of a chassis Will never ever return to that store. Will be sure to share my experiences very broadly. Will look elsewhere for any and all mechanical repair

  Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot why my check engine light was on effectively and the repair was done quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend.
