Call center said I had to wait until car was picked up before Uber could take me to pick up new rental. After 2 hrs and no show tow truck. I called back to get Uber home and left the car anyway. I missed work the next day. Victor Enterprise picked me up the next day and took me to get new my car. They apologized for what Roadside assistance did.

They were so easy to work with, made sure we had what we needed, and were flexible when our needs changed. Can't say enough good things about this team. They honestly were the least stressful aspect of our whole claim. Thank you!

Unlike every other car rental company we contacted that is staffed by machines, AI and national call centers.

The person at the counter took note that I was a veteran and automatically applied a discount. When checking out the car he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was right for our needs and that I knew the features of the vehicle, which was much appreciated.
