When I showed up at 8am, the time I scheduled the pick up, they were not ready to rent cars. I didn’t get out of there until 9am. During the inspection of the car, I found a pretty large scuff in the paint. The associate claimed it was noted on the agreement, but it was not. When I asked for a corrected copy, he gave me attitude. Other than that, the car was great! It’s just the service that was bad.

I asked why they did not call me or notify me and he said that he personally called me at 8:06am but he did not and I showed him on my phone I had no calls. He was trying to make me believe that he called and even said that I have no voicemail which is absolutely not true. He was cocky and could care less that they failed me. I suggest you avoid this location so what happened to me does not happen to you. Notice others leaving reviews about this location not having people’s cars as scheduled.
