  Just don’t go there! I rented out of West Haven, CT on my way to Binghamton, NY. On the way there the car was handling horribly on the highway with the wind and the New York roads. I called on my way there to see if they have ANY other car and the person that answered was very cold and not helpful at all. He did not even offer to put me on a waiting list; instead, he just kept saying we have no cars. I rented from other locations before and what they do is offer to put you on a waiting list for anything that comes up. When I reached my destination, I called again and this time I spoke to someone who was much better at customer service. He offered me to come in to swap the car for me; which I was very grateful for and relieved. Next morning, when I got there, I spoke to a lady who was empathetic at first and said that they would look for a replacement car for me. After finding out that I rented from a different location, they started talking in private and the tone completely changed. There were not willing to help anymore. I could tell by the answers they were giving me that they just wanted to close the conversation. When I requested to be added to a waiting list, I was given a business card and told I could call back later. Later that day, I sent an email to the person who assisted me to plead my case about how I DID NOT FEEL SAFE driving back for 4 hours in that car that I had and her response was: we already told you we do not have any cars! Are you serious? So why did you give me your business card just to get me out of the store???

  Received a Toyota Corolla as my rental vehicle. My elderly father had issues getting in & out of that car. I stopped back at Enterprise not only to extend my rental but to upgrade to an SUV. I saw one I liked, told the representative that one was perfect size, he got the keys before the vehicle could be rented. I was in & on my way within 10 minutes. Upon drop off, I needed a ride to the body shop yo puck up my car. Even though they were extremely busy, I was again, in & out within 10 minutes. Highly, highly recommend this company!!!

  Thank YOU to My-Linh Chau & all the staff who assisted in my rental process at Enterprise in Vestal New York! I needed a rental fast and they got me in & out of their office - Road Ready in my Enterprise Rental Car. I would highly reccommend this location to anyone in need of an affordable, Easy rental process!!Thank You My-Linh & Thank You Enterprise 💪🏽💪🏽

  I travel all the time for work which causes me to have more experience than most with rental cars. This staff was extremely friendly and made the process quick. The older gentleman who gave me a ride and who handles pickups and drop offs was very friendly and had a great time talking with him on the ride. If you are in need of a car, even if it is only for a day I highly recommend this location. As requested by staff Go Flyers 😂😂 I agree though, hopefully this is the year we return to the playoffs.

  The initial vehicle I had started out with showed signs of worn out breaks. I would have to try to stop the vehicle much longer than the actual stop. So I wanted to get a different vehicle that wasn’t so difficult to stop. When I noticed the breaks being poor I notified the original location where I had rented the vehicle from. I decided to just make do with the vehicle and get to my destination and to get a different vehicle for the drive back home. Switching the vehicle took two hours. It was hectic and getting a vehicle with breaks that work properly seemed like it was something unattainable due to the location being short on cars. Finally the agent found a car that was safe to drive with relatively the same gas mileage as the one I had needed to swap. The agent failed to do a walk around inspection of the vehicle with me and I was so worn out from waiting for the car that I even forgot. I had a pressing circumstance where my diabetic child needed me to get back to her with her diabetic supplies. I had dropped her off elsewhere before heading to the car rental place to switch out the vehicles. I left and hurriedly met the needs of my child. I drove the vehicle home without incident the following day. At my enterprise location the agent did a walk around with me and found a minor issue with the front bumper. After checking the vehicles history he told me that if the location where I rented from could not confirm the damage that he would have to charge my insurance. I was very very unhappy with this. After all I had been through I had to stress about some damage that I didn’t cause. I provided him with my insurance information and left. The next day he called me and told me he was still awaiting a confirmation from The other agency. This left me feeling worried and anxious about a charge to my insurance. I had not had any incident with the vehicle at all. It all seemed like it came out of nowhere. It was a very unfortunate situation that I was not responsible for. They eventually called and told me that they figured everything out and that my insurance would not be charged. I was relieved but all of this caused me a great deal of stress and worry.
