Also, when you're in line here, you're basically stuck being in line because the driveway is so cramped, and since I drive a fleet vehicle, that is a really bad thing. My job is appointment-based. I have times I need to keep, and I once was stuck waiting in line for 3 HOURS!! These guys are slow as all heck. And if you want to call ahead to ask about any services, like a tire rotation, their call center is at an office off-site. The office ladies can't answer any shop-specific questions. That hurt me on time when I decided to swing by for a tire rotation that they couldn't give me during my previous visit. I waited in line nearly 2 hours, only to find that they couldn't do it. They broke the tool they use to do tire rotations, and there's no way I could have known ahead of time. This place is absolute garbage. Take your business literally anywhere else.
