Told me one wheel was loose, that they could rock it side to side, and I needed a tie rod end and an alignment. Car not safe. So I agreed. I trusted them. Now, a couple days later I am thinking - I had no steering or vibrations. No problems at all. I was there for three hours also. I googled symptoms of needing a tie rod end and alignment. I had no issues in steering at all!! No vibrations, no noise, no trouble steering. And my daily parking spot is very precise (small and narrow) and I never have an issue with the steering to get in and out of it. I have to pull in carefully because it is so tight. Steering 100% perfect. They charged me $387.24. I wonder if they did any work at all?? I did not need the tire fixed, it was ok. So from looking into a repair like this, I would have had noticeable problems. I most certainly did not!! I was taken advantage of!! Big time!! I am going to see if I have a new tie rod end when I go to the dealer for my inspection. And see if they did do an alignment. I am sure if I go back and complain they would deny it.
